Answer #1

A latent infection does not manifest under normal circumstances, but can manifest when the perosn becomes immunocompromised.

A sick person,a sick animal,a hospital all are reservoirs of infection. A healthy perosn ,if actually healthy, not a reservoir but if only apparently healthy can be reservoir.

So answer is E.
