Healthcare decision making by the healthcare professionals needs a very delicate skills by them so that it is most beneficial to the patient and having the least or no possibility for legal issues in future.This 8s generally rooted to moral excellence. In order to achieve this the healthcare organizations contribute to their best.Though the professionals are encouraged to have moral excellence but the real technical, ethical ,legal ,complicated cases makes it harder for a professional to achieve moral excellence. In order to deliver moral excellence all this obstacles has to be overcome.
