Answer: Public health workers are mainly concerned with the health of the community. They work according to the factors influencing the particular population or community as well as the health priorities of the population.

These factors influences the working capability of the public health care workers as need of the people as well as the community changes. The availability of services also changes with the time. So these factors have great influence on the public health as well as workers. They need to adjust themselves as to meet the demand of the situation. Because things does not remains constant, once the community is suffering from obesity, the other consequences will be more serious such as diabetes or cardiovascular disease. So the public health workers needs to modify themselves.
