Answer: Due to busy schedule as well as unawareness among people there have been decrease in the public health. Factors like socio-economic status, poverty, Behavior etc are responsible mostly for the public health. This causes adverea effects and impact on the public health as they are unable get proper nutrients, food, treatment as well as they are unable to take care of themselves.

A public health leader plays major role in enhancing the health of people. As the leader educate and create awareness among people regarding a proper intake of foods as well as exercise. The public health leader identify the major issues and then try to solve it.

Public health leader can advocate people for most of the things such as keeping cleanliness, personal hygiene etc.

For example, There are most of the women in a community that are obese and some of them have diabetes. The public health leader can create awareness among people to adopt healthy lifestyle, eating healthy foods and avoid caffeinated beverages.

Indulgence of exercise or the physical activities such as jogging, walking etc can maintain the body weight, provides peace of mind as well as managed blood glucose levels.
