Blood is taken for determination of serum enzymes and electrolytes. Tentative diagnosis is -yocardial nfarction involving the left ventricle. Her son provides informa tion that indicates Ms. X is a long-time smoker, has a stressfu job as a high school teacher, is recently separated aher 20 years of marriage, and is fearful of losing the family home. She has also seemed to be more fatigued and stopped going to the gm about 18 months ago. She has begun to rely on fast foodske pizza and fried chicken and cooks infrequently Her father had died of a heart attack at age 50. She had also noticed more fatigue and intermittent leg pain when walking or dimbing stairs at work. cardiogenic shock occur when heart damage so much its unable to supply enough blood to vitals organ liof the body like brain ,kidney etc.result of failure enough nutrition to the body affected .

blood pressure to fall and organ became to fail there work properly.

lack of blood to the vitals organ brain kideny other body parts without adequate oxygen and nutrition your organ not able to do work.

late phase of shock in which body compensated mechanism incresed heart rate ,vasoconstriction ,incresed respiratory rate are unable to maintain adequate perfusion to brain and vitals organ and patient will be hypotensive in this condition.

bllod supply and adequate nutrition not properly goes to vitals organ ... leads to cause of death ..
