Sepcial needs children have some similarities with those who are completely healthy. Child care providers need to modify the certain environment so that it might be favorable to the children. Following modifications can be pursued by the child care providers:

• Modification of toys: These toys and equipments must be modified in such manner that might suit the needs of these children. Normal toys can not be used in right manner by these children.
• Playing together: During the play, these children must be provided the special care. They must be encouraged by the parents and child care providers.
• Children must be taken to the expert frequently so that right consultation can be taken by the parents.
• Change in the behavior must be look into carefully so that accordingly there must be follow up action.
