3.Dr. Gable appointing new staff, new dentist for a high payable net income, buying of new equipments which are highly expensive than the normal rates, no prior marketing strategies ,appointing of a dentist who is fresher to that field with attractive income are the urgent issues.
4. She has to explain Dr Gable about the losses he has to lift, if not thinking in a matured way. She may suggest him to develop dentistry within available resources present, without any new appointments. She has to explain that in the initial stages they have to adjust and follow new techniques for promoting the clinic and after getting of profits they can hire extra staff, dentist and equipments.
5. Allison has to apply strategies in motivating the dentists and workers that first they have to focus on development of dentistry center by doing promotions, marketing strategies applied in the market for fast benefit response. Once they had achieved benefits their payment will increase definitely along with bonuses.
6. Allison can find a new job if she is treated as a non working personnel in that place. If the things happen well and the doctor listens her words then there is a scope of continuing her job there. Or else it is better to find a new job where she finds benefit for her upcoming career.
