Diet chart of Mr Ralph - 85gm /day protein diet

Breakfast - A scramble made from one large whole egg and three egg whites served with a 1-cup serving of skim milk has 26 grams of protein.

Snack - 35gm of paneer or cottage cheese

Lunch - A bean salad with chopped veggies and 1 cups of cooked lima beans will have 20 grams of protein.

Snack - An ounce of almonds will provide 6gms of protein

Dinner - 2.5 ounces of skinless chicken breast topped with 1/2 ounce of low-fat cheddar over a bed of steamed spinach has just over 25 grams of protein.
