Islamic patients belief several ethnicities with diverse views on illness and health care. Health care providers should give care in a culturally sensitive manner. Religious implications on family, health, illness, the diet should follow the traditional method with privacy concerns. As health care providers, we need to provide culturally competent care. The impact on faith in the provision of health care they expect privacy, touch issues, patient exposures, dietary practice and unacceptable medicine, eye contact, physical exam, consultation should be done with the same gender. due to many restrictions on medical care, they are more prone to risk for several diseases. This is due to gender preference, modesty, misconception, etc. Health care professionals should aware of cultural and religious factors to provide culturally competent health promotion and education to Islamic patients. The health care approach should be multidisciplinary on culturally and spiritually sensitive to increase the patient's ability to come out of their illness. Professionals should have knoledge, capacity, and skills for providing special needs of the patients, Islamic beliefs illness, suffering, pain, physical inability, dying as a best from God for their sins. Islam patients use any drugs if it is an emergency situation.
  Conventional western medicine that contains alcohol, animal sources, magnesium is prohibited for their use. gelatin-free medicines like antibiotic liquids are accepted. If there is no alternative available the drug may be used.
   As health care professionals, we need to explain the importance of treatment that should be in a respectful, informed manner to help patient to make the right decision for their treatment choice.
