A) If too strong adsorbent will be used then in that case the eluent might not seperate the compounds easily.

B) collection of excess or large elution fractions might create problem by which we probably get two compounds into the same fraction.

C) If the solvent level will be below the adsorbent then it might possible that the column will be dry.
