Ethical theories connected to nursing leadership and care are egoism and utilitarianism, and the virtue of ethics. these theories are the rule of morality applicable in a moral situation. these ideas are known as virtue ethics.
Deontology theory view of the action should respect whether right or wrong respect to consequences, it has an obligation for indirect duty to treat the person, this theory insists the duty is a morally important action. this theory treat individuao not to act ethically obligated to do the duty.
