STI s include syphilis , gonorrhea, han immunodeficiency virus infection, acquired immunodeficiency syndrome , chlamydial infection, genital herpes, non specific urethritis , trichomoniasis, genital lice, scabies, genital warts, hepatitis B infection, and yaws .

Human immunodeficiency virus is a rna retro virus causing AIDS worldwide. HIV is transmitted sexually, parenterally, from mother to child and more rarely iatrogenically . Most people become infected sexually through unprotected penetrative vaginal or rectal intercourse.

Community which is more pertinent towards acquiring sexually transmitted diseases are sexually active reproductive population( 15- 49years) people who engage in unprotected sexual activities, drug abusers , migrant population.

Sexually active reproductive population is infected when they engage in illegal unprotected sexual activity (infected man gives to to woman, infected woman gives to man).
