Answer ; When a nurse encounter a situation like this, immediated she need to stop the infusion that are being infused to that client. ANd then approch the higher professional and notify about them, cause this signs and symptoms manifested in this client indicate that the client is experiencing the adverse effect of this infusion, If the nurse didn't take a further action it will leads to serious illness to the client.
