        Formula = Desired dose / Dose in hand * Quantity.

    Here

       Desired dose = 250 mcg.

     Dose in hand = 0.2 mg.

    Convert mg to mcg for calculation

              1 mg = 1000 mcg.

     So

        Dose in hand = 200 mcg.

                 Quantity = 2 ml.

As per formula

    Amount of dose needed = 250 / 200 * 2

                                           = 1.25 * 2

                                           = 2.5 ml.
