Here, Dose required=4mg

           Dose in hand= 25mg

           Amount in hand= 5ml

So applying the values to the equation,

4mg Атоиnt required = 0.8 ml 5 x 5ml 25mg

So 0.8ml of Midazolam has to be given to the patient
