ANSWER.

* Calculation of amount of drug required.

              Formula = Desired dose / Dose in hand * Quantity.

      Here

            Desired dose = 0.75 mg.

      Convert mg to mcg for calculation

                 1 mg = 1000 mcg.

     So

          Desired dose = 750 mcg.

          Dose in hand = 1000 mcg.

                Quantity = 1 ml.

    As per formula

     Amount of drug needed = 750 / 1000 * 1

                                             = 0.75 ml.
