Psalm 23 is the set of principles that can contribute to health care organisations in a many ways, and help them perform better. Working in health organizations involves task by people at different levels, in which each has to be very sensitive and careful towards his work. Psalm 1 can harmony the work between people, as it advices orrdination of work between leaders and followers. Second, every care taker present in health care institutes should to be provided with some authority to work for the patient and take decisions in absemce of higher authorities. As, some actions are needed to be urgent in health care organisations. The organisation should be given with adequate resources.
