In the context of real estate finance ethics biblical worldview principles when applied will lead to application of the following values – integrity, standard of service, trust, and responsibility. While financing a real estate transaction the concerned financial institution should be straightforward as well as direct. Secondly the clients who are seeking real estate financing should be given best advice at all times. Proper support should also be there along with proper execution of the terms of engagement and the contract. Lastly if anything goes wrong (for instance the value of the real estate asset bought does not appreciate in the desired manner) then take responsibility for your activities. Thus in the context of real estate finance ethics biblical worldview principles provides guidance for business conduct, ensures compliance with law and set common standards which all stakeholders of real estate finance can follow.
