• The impact of precedent - the court with common Law for all.
• Hierarchy level of court for appeal.
• Jurisdiction - Formal power of the court based on the authority.
• Primary and secondary authority is mandatory.
• There is an interrelationship between the various law.

Four primary sources of Law:

United States Constitution:

It is the most fundamental source of Law. It sets the rules and functions to the constituents for the Bill of Rights.

Federal and State Statutes:

Federal statues pass by the legislature is common for all states and State Statutes passed by the state legislature is applicable only within the States.

Administrative Regulations:

It is the rules of Law passed by the federal or state administrative agencies.

Case Law:

It is the Common Law made by the judicial based on the opinions of Judges.

Quality of Health care is measured based on the structure, process, and outcomes of the patient. In theUnited States, quality of services is associated with preventive services, immunizations, proper antibiotic use, etc. It meets the needs of care from children to elderly and using a wide range of insurance coverages, but still needs to improve the standards for better care.

Biblical World views this as the Health care system still needs to reform to provide affordable services for low-income families. The health insurance market has to reduce the premiums and increase the deductibles for the well-being of the people. They also suggest health policies through the Samatarian Law.
