It shows the understanding of  Harris towards the disability. He state that inshort there is no moral difference between the attempts made for curing the dysfunction and attempts for the enhancement of the functions to protect the life of an individual. But one of the limitation of the Harris argument is that it is  limited individual model of disability, ion case of personal tragedy.
