In this paper, you will examine the reasons why you have decided to return to school for a bachelor of science (BSN) degree in nursing.

  • Identify how a baccalaureate degree will contribute to attainment of your personal and professional goals.

  • Discuss your short term and long-term goals and the steps you will take to successfully achieve these outcomes.

  • Discuss any barriers to achieving these goals and how you will overcome them.

  • This assignment is to be between 750- 1000 words in length, formatted according to APA style requirements.

baccalaureate degree contribution It will make me professionally competent by the approach of self discipline and also by maintaining integrity. The institute and the curriculum has taught me that I should have certain goal or future plan so that I can be a successful professional. For that they have taught me that I have to carry out my assigned duties in a very timely manner, and also in a dignified way. And above all I should be honest as a student, I should abide by the discipline and rules of my institute as a student. As a budding professional I should be helpful to my fellow students and I should have respect for other People's Rights.With this attitude and with the professional training that I have given in my institute I shall be a good professional with optimal personal growth.
