Best practice is defined as it is a systematic process involving the identification, collection, evaluation, dissemination, and implementation of information and monitoring of outcomes of health care interventions, for in a population group and defined conditions.

It is called as best practice.

This best practice is related to evidence based practice, through in these we are identifying the problems and collecting relevant information, and also preparing some of the interventions by using some of articles and research studies, related to that problem, and implementing those interventions through evidence.

* and finally evaluating the results whether those interventions are worked or not.

So this best practice is related to evidence based practice.
