Recommendation:

Maintaining and practicing collaboration of work is the most powerful tool in improving Organizational culture. The collaboration of teamwork helps the employees to mingle with one another and to build up the trust on the team members. This makes each and every employee respect the values and to contribute their maximum efforts in order to move towards the Organizational goals and mission. Thus Practicing of teamwork in day to day work helps to improve the Organizational values and culture. It also makes effective leadership practices in the organization.

Lean six Sigman approach applied to improve the processes of the organization by reducing the waste and take advantages to meet the competition. Six Sigma improves the organizational culture by showing continuous improvement in the organization process. It changes the flow of work and promotes an alternative approach for the quality improvement of an organization. It is mostly driven by the organizational culture and values, so it minimizes the gap between the organizational mission and culture. Six sigma develop leadership activities and brings profound changes in an organization by solving problems.
