Stages of Grief
There are five stages of grief
Stage 1:
Denial: It is a response of refusing or not accepting the incident occured
Stage 2:
Anger : After continuous denial people tend to be triggered of their anger thinking why this has happened to them
Stage 3:
Bargaining : trying to find a way to escape the grief
Stage 4:
Depression : They are in state to be mentally disturbed that have to undergo through this situation
Stage 5:
Acceptance : When an individual comes out of depression ,they think about the reality and accept it.
The others which can help ypthe patient in recovering are individual or family therapy, group therapy, peer support group to com out of the grief.
