Ans) we can say that the dietary supplements are the manufactured items made to increase your daily consumption the nutrients, involving minerals and vitamins.Most are protected from harm, but some of them makes some kinds of health problems mainly if we are using that in a higher level.And the dietary supplements involves the herbals, fatty acids, enzymes, probiotics, and animal extracts etc...

-- It is also proved that the vitamins are the most important minerals and the major supplements involve, Fish oil, Green tea, Chondroitin, Echinacea etc...

-- HELPFUL SUPPLEMENTS:

The supplements are able to give you with additional amount of nutrients at the time when your diet is absent or some definite health situations activate a shortage and that health situations may be diseases like cancers or diabetes.

In many of the cases a mineral supplement can supply every micronutrients that your body requires.We can say that these are normally protected from harm, the reason is they have only a little quantity of every nutrients.

The independent nutrients are also obtainable as supplements, normally in doses greater than your usual multivitamin.They are mainly utilized for the treatment of some kinds of deficiency like the iron deficiency and also can decrease the problems or dangers of conditions like hypertension.

The increased dosage of niacin can develop the good high density lipoprotein cholesterol and we can say that the folic acid are utilized to decrease the dangers of birth faults called spina bifida.

We know that almost all the dietary supplements are very good , but the overdosage can leads to bad effects .The overdosage of some of the supplements can harm our body greatly and can sometimes leads to death.

The Vitamin E develops the activity of blood thinners and which can result in casual injury and bleeding from nose.If there is an intake of selenium and boron supplements in a high level then it becomes toxic.If the dosage of niacin when utilized with the statins an really develop the problem of unusual breakdown of muscle tissue.

The higher usage of Vitamin B6 can leads to major nerve damages. The over usage of the vitamin C and vitamin E really decreases the efficacy of some of the cancer therapy.
