Answer to Question 1.

Present Value = $2,500,000
Time (n ) = 3 years
Rate (r ) = 25%
Future Value = ??

Future Value = Present Value * (1 + r)^ n
Future Value = $2,500,000 * (1 + 0.25)^ 3
Future Value = $2,500,000 * 1.25^ 3
Future Value = $2,500,000 * 1.9531
Future Value = $4,882,750

Answer to Question 2.

Future Value = Present Value * (1 + r)^ n
Future Value = $2,500,000 * (1 + 0.02)^ 3
