Don't make judgements about the individual on the basis of the look,dressing and eating habits. Awareness about the individual need for culture based competent care. Try to learn about patient culture and day to day activities. Maintain good communication to build trust with patient. Constant education about the management of disease and home care management. Actively listening to the patients in order to reassure the patient that you are there to support him.
