Answer #1

It was the water crisis in the state of Flint, Michigan during the Obamacare in 2014. It was due to the inncreased level of the lead in the drinking water. And it was seen that there was poor water treatment and management system at that time which has resulted in the serious health proplems in the city and it became a serious concern for the Obama government and the scientists at the time.

This is happened due to the industrial wate flow in the flint river. It can be prevented by the use of the orthophosphate in the drinking water to prevent that crisis immediately on the larger scale effectively.

At the same time by giving the financial support to the agencies for the water treatment could be the good step in thios respect.
