Answer #1

United System Is better in providing health in many ways. The Medical insurances are being provided by a complex mixture of public payers i.e. Federal, State, and local government as well as private insurance and individual payments. The United States primarily relies on employers to voluntarily provide health insurance coverage to their employees and dependents . Government programs are confined to the elderly, the disabled, and some of the poor. These private and public health insurance programs all differ with respect to benefits covered, sources of financing, and payments to medical care providers. Some people have both public and private insurance while others have neither. Still persons without health insurance are not entirely without health care. Although they receive fewer and less coordinated services than those with insurance, many of these “uninsured” individuals receive health care services through public clinics and hospitals, state and local health programs, or private providers who finance the care through charity and by shifting costs to other payers.2

Health services are provided by a loosely structured delivery system organized at the local level. Hospitals can open or close according to community resources, preferences. Also, physicians are free to establish their practice where they choose. This is beneficial both to the physician and patient. This improves the quality of health care. . In areas without sufficient private providers (e.g., inner cities and remote rural areas), Federal-and State-funded programs provide some primary care to populations not otherwise served by the fee-for-service (FFS) system. Municipal and county public health departments provide primary care services through public health clinics and regulate sanitation, water supply, and environmental hazards.

Medicare is a national social insurance program administered by the federal government, accessed primarily by seniors aged 65 and older, and by some people living with a disability. Medicaid is a state-based insurance program accessed by some poor and near-poor. The State-based Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) insures children up to age 19 from families with incomes too high to qualify for Medicaid. Depending on the state.5

The ACA is allowing many previously uninsured individuals to access health care. One study projects that 52,000 more primary care physicians will be needed by 2025 to meet this increased demand. As for quality of care, in four categories (effective care, safe care, coordinated care and patient-centered care) the U.S. ranked highest in effective and patient-centred care,nd, though this demand will also result from population growth and an aging population.5

The Affordable Care Act (ACA) changed many things with respect to our health care system and health insurance plans. It has made sure that insurers can't cancel your coverage because of a simple mistake on your part. It has kept young adults, under the age of 26, on their parent's health care plan if they cannot get insurance for themselves.

ACA ensures that people cannot be denied benefits due to a pre-existing condition, and it has ended lifetime limits on coverage for most benefits. People can shop for new plans that include the ACA rules on so-called exchanges, or health insurance marketplaces, in order to figure out what kind of health insurance plan is best for them given their financial abilities and health care needs.4
