Answer #1

Every person at some point needs long term care services. The dependence of long term varies from person to person so it has to be planned effectively. HCO has to expand the medical coverage of older people to meet their needs. Medicaid and Medicare Program integrate with long -term service program for the older adult beneficiaries and eligibility. It was predicted that the implementation of such program results in cost-saving and improvement in patient outcomes. The non-profit organization should also be involved in aging network long term services to strengthen the role. HCO should support the participation of informal caregiver to meet the demand of growing baby boomers. Community-based domains of care have to be established to manage acute care services. Policymakers should concentrate on cost, patient outcomes, and substandard care. HCO based system should analyze the quality of life issues with older adults while developing a new plan.
