We can use one way ANOVA test to test the difference in mean times for curing patients.

This is because there are more than 2 groups to be compared for significant difference, so we can't use t-test for difference of means here.

We cannot assume that the treatment which took least amount of time to work is the best because time is just one constraint. Time doesn't justify the effectiveness of the treatment. A treatment may take longer and be more effective than the other treatment which took very less time as compared to prior but is not effective at all.
