State= in my state there are so many corporate or private sector hospitals which are working under Director of Medical Education and welfare from there is private hospital is having approval to run Healthcare system and my hospital is a territory Care Hospital which contains 350 bedded Hospital with multispeciality care
The structure for Private hospital from state Director of Medical Education and director of Public Health Family Welfare and health systems management 2 Directorate of hospital managing director of hospital from day to medical director under medical director nursing superintendent and other manager who will take care of non medical staff and Technical staff who work in hospital
Under nursing Superintendent nursing supervisors nursing in charges of every word any nursing staff of the particulars they will work and that this structure another technical staff in non medical staff will work under other Managing Director.
