I am commenting on the the 1st topic

1) In the Anatomy and Physiology there is a requirement to remember the name of the muscles in human body. The names are different in different languages. So there is requirement of defining the muscles in a universal language which everyone will understand. So they are named in Latin. The names are difficult to remember but it becomes easier if we try to remember them making them into groups performing similar actions.There are over 600 skeletal muscles in a human body. The names are readily available in any online wikipedia sources. For example "List of skeletal muscles of human body" shows all the muscles in human body region wise in our body. I can name a few like " erector spinae " which is situated in last four thoracic vertebrae.
