Paper
We have learned about the theories and characteristics behind the social and market justice systems as they relate to health care. Social justice theory assumes that the government is more responsible and efficient in allocating health resources equitably. All, as a basic right, should have equal access to medical care and ability to pay is inconsequential. Health care is a social good rather than an economic good like in the market justice system. Market justice theory assumes that markets are more efficient in allocating health resources equitably. Medical services should be based upon the ability to pay. For this paper you are going to select one of the justice systems and relate it to health care. List the characteristics of this system. Explain the philosophy behind the system by selecting at least one theorist we discussed. Describe its impact on you, on your chosen profession and the medical community.

So in this context our healthcare system enjoys social justice and the characteristics of that system is to give fair and equal care for all.i,e medicine and primary health care and others of public health system should be equally distributed to all.by all fair means
One of the Philosophical values behind the system are
Utilitarian theories,e,g
It tries to achieve the most good for the greatest number with minimum amount of harm or taking utmost care in preventing the suffering. It assess the states of actions in terms of consequences.i,e right and wrong solely depend on the outcomes (consequences) . So it takes care of the interests of all stakeholders rather than ones own interest.
This justice has a profound impact on my professional growth. I have learnt to do justice as a caregiver.Justice is one of the five tenets of bioethics.I have learnt to give fair and fair care to all patients without doing any harm to anybody. Of course my own attitude is seemingly similar to this moral value, still it has a deep impact on my professional growth
Medical community ..........Justice to be discussed in the same manner.Justice is one of the five tenets of bioethics. So togive equal and good to the patients without doing any harm
