Answer #1

I will be taking an example of the intern movie which is my all-time favorite movie. About the movie, there is a retired 70-year-old widower who is bored with retired life. He applies to be a senior intern at an online fashion retailer and gets the position. He applies to About The Fit, a fast-growing e-commerce fashion startup in Brooklyn. And also he got the job I really liked the concept in that movie that there is no age limit and I want my company to be like that in that movie the boss used to treat everyone equally without biased nature.

I exactly will like to make my company a success like a lady did in this movie The company is called 'About The Fit' and is run by Jules Ostin (Anne Hathaway). Originally started from her kitchen, the online clothes retailing company now has gained more than 200 employees since its founding only 18 months earlier. We first see Jules answering a customer service call from a bride complaining that her bridesmaid's dresses are the wrong color. Jules takes full responsibility, is very helpful, promises to fix the glitch and even gives her own number to the bride. She moves around in her office on a bike, rarely has time to stop and celebrate co-workers' birthdays in the office or have a complete conversation with her mother. This is the kind of enthusiasm I want in myself when I will be running a company.
