Admission and/or Enrollment Systems

As an university of future, the admission and enrollment system ought to be robust and transparent at the same time.

For this, the first and foremost thing which needs to done in this area is that the entire admission system should be made digital. As the system turns digital it will have a solve a number of problems and pave path for renewed growth too. Some of the advantages of the system turning digital are:

a) Transparency in the admission process, thus more confidence of students, teachers and regulators.

b) Less/no chances of error.

c) Faster execution of the whole process thus reducing lead time of issuance of admission forms to starting of actual classes.

d) No geographical boundaries for students to fill up the forms. A student from any country willing to study in this university can easily fill up the enrollment forms and keep an update about the admission process.

e) Significant savings in stationery expenses - starting from admission forms to maintaining student details.

These are few of the advantages of converting the admission and enrollment system into digital format. Though there will definitely be some investment required for the same but the benefits will continue for many years to come.
