Answer #1

a) Yes in my opinion it’s the case of the lack of the organizational ethics which should be followed by the all the members of the organizations as per the moral behavior and to avoid the chances of spreading the infections in the healthcare organizations.

The employees can be motivated and periodically trained to adopt such hygienic practices as the habits.

To set symbolic motivational milestone the top management’s personnel should also follow these practices.

b) No the healthcare organizations should not be legally punished in such cases they should be motivated to assure such practices in routine to avoid the chances of the nossocomial or hospital born infections.

These practices should be motivated by providing the funds to educate the people to follow such hygienic practices. We can impose some posters, chats or the digital display to educate the people and display the internal rules regarding the fine of spitting, chewing and other associated wrong practices in the organization.

If anyone is seen involved in such ill practices then first should be warned than make assure that that person will clean the objects.

Then motivating them not to repeat in future.
