Answer: At present many people are following keto diet plan. This plan mainly focus on loosing weight which includes intake of very low carb and high intake of good fat. It involves drastically reducing carbohydrate intake and this reduction in carbs puts body into a metabolic state which is known as ketosis.

It is good for loosing and maintaining weight for the people suffering from obesity. But it has drawback that people with severe heart disease and high cholesterol can't follow this diet.

It is not only bound eating foods but also need of excercise of atleast 1 hours in which cardio is must. Running and jogging for 45 minutes daily may also help in loosing weight. It also lowers the blood sugar levels so Patient with low sugar should not follow this diet.
