1. Ethics in oncology is a major issue and highly mentioned and ackoneleged. The clinican oncologists are qualified and experinced to diagnose the patient's condition and help patient chose the best evidence based treatment option possible for them. In the case where the patient did not follow the oncologist's course of chemotherapy and fly to Mexico for alternative treatment some ethical concerns are raised. The ethical issue in this case is within the oncologist nurse and professionals as the primary care resembled patient centeredness and the patient's opinion and wishes are addressed but simultaneously referring or choosing alternative care for cancer does not seem to be effective option that produce a dilemma among the professionals.

The nurse has a role to suggest and guide the patient to chose best as per his or her mental capacity. It is nurses's role to make things clear regarding the chemotherapy and its effects on the disease and how well this is evidenced, guiding the patient is keeping him on priority as per nursing standards and codes. Moreover, the nurse cannot force or manipulate the patient as that indicate violation of ethical codes.

2. Chemotherapeutic agents are the drugs that are used to kill or damage cancer cells in human body and cure the patient for underlying cause of cancer. There are some common side effects of the chemotherapeutic agents these are, headache, muscle pain, bursing, numbness, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, hairfall, pale skin etc.

3. There are different types of chemotherapy and are used for different situations,
