The purpose of interstate reciprocal agreement is to provide coverage under the unemployement compensation law of one state of service performed by an individual for a single employing unit for whom such services are customarily performed by such individual in more than one jurisdiction, to end the duplication of contributions with respect to the same services be avoided.
