1.Hepatitis A is a viral infection which affects the liver.The incubation period is about 2-4 weeks transmitted by contaminated water and foods.The symptoms like fever,jaundice, gastrointestinal effects (nausea,vomiting, anorexia, abdominal pain) generalised weakness .Though there is full recovery in some cases it goes to a fulminant effect by causing acute liver failure or fulminant liver failure
