11. Karen as an employee only she can follow his superiority orders.So she need to take over the work of Angela.It might be hurt Angela.But Karen has no choice.Being as a good personality she can inform her that she had order to do this work but without revealing about her job termination.Thus she maintain loyalty to her employer.To maintain the friendship, she can tell her that she don't know the reason but she had order to take over your work too.Hiding the matters regarding termination is good for Angela.Because it may hurt her she will be confused and will not be normal till friday. If the organization find whether karen informed about termination to Angela then it cause problem also to Karen.So it is better to hide the matters regarding termination.Hiding helps to avoid problems to both of them.After the termination she can help her and maintain the friendship.

12.To maintain courteous with the patient , she should not show reaction to the patient.She needs to maintain calmness and listen to his words initially. Then explain about the billing and insurance process and show him the evidences about the unpaid bill.She must talk to him in a explanatory manner not in the argument way.If she argues then he find more issues makes complaint.So avoid arguing. Even then if he not accept then she can proceed this issue to her superior and make them to deal.

13.In the work place , working along with the personal stressors is difficult . It cause loss of concentration and leads to many mistakes in work.It creates further problems in workplace. To avoid this she can start her work with determination and freshness.Schedule her work.Maintain time management in work it will motivate to concentrate only with work.Avoid the inducers that will make her to think about the problem. Maintain good friendship with co workers and engaging with them helps to forget about the problems.To avoid stress periodically take break and talk to her loved ones, it can be a parent or a friend.

14.He finds that patient unable to read.so he get the sheet from the patient and start the communication with Let me help you.He introduce himself and ask some questions regarding patient data and  he can explain the procedure to the patient.He should mention that what is the procedure,what is the need for this procedure, how it is done, how patient should be cooperate and ask the patient for any doubts regarding procedure.Clarify the doubts and remove all fear about the procedure.Be with the patient till the procedure ends.
