In the present scenario, there is a communication between Maria Hernandez and translator (Role Play)

Scenario1:

Translator: Good Morning madam what's your good name, please?

Patient: My self Maria Hernandez

Translator: Are you from where?

Patient: I am from Spain

Scenario 2:

Translator: Actually why you came to the hospital?

Patient : 3 days onwards I am suffering from severe stomach pain on the right side

Translator: Are you allergic for any medications?

Patient: I don't know regarding that

Translator: How many are there in your family

Patient: Including me 4 members, My husband, and two children

Translator: Are you using any medications?

Patient: Not yet

Scenario 3:

Translator: Wait we will send you to the physician

Patient: ok

Translator: Why you are every time becoming late for your appointment?

Patient: I don't have any vehicle by own, I use to come by walk

Translator: Ok, if you are late for the next time maybe I will not be available for you to translate your language and also physician also will not be available at your time

Patient: Sorry sir, Next time onwards I will try to come on time

Nurse: The doctor prescribed to take some medications and do dressing to the wound. It is very important to take this medication otherwise your condition will flare up

Nurse: Yes sir surely, and also you have to maintain good personal hygiene that promotes the wound healing and as well as you will feel well with that

Patient: Are you sure?

Nurse: Sure sir
