I did a role play with my friend for displaying sensitivity when requiring payment for services rendered.

Topic - demonstrated sensitive verbal communication by being respectful ,honest ,and showing courtesy .

Score attempt 1 - 3 ,student was respectful and courteous in his/her verbal communication but the delivery of a truthful sensitive message needs improvement .

Score attempt 2 - 3, student was respectful and courteous in his/her verbal communication but the delivery of a truthful sensitive message needs improvement .

Score attempt 3 - 4, ,student was respectful and courteous in his/her verbal communication but the delivery of a truthful sensitive message.

Topic - Displayed sensitive non verbal behaviours when communicating with the patient

Score attempt 1- 2 ,student demonstrated limited nonverbal behaviour that reflected respect , compassion ,diplomacy and courtesy ,but a lot more improvement is needed .

Score attempt 2 - 3, student demonstrated some nonverbal behaviour that reflect respect , compassion ,diplomacy and courtesy ,but a little more improvement is needed
