Answer #1

Employers are involved in employee and career development activities as they decide the job description for any position along with the responsibilities associated with any job. Employers take the feedback from the employee, train them for the job, do their performance review and warn them in case of any problem. Thus the hiring, onboarding, review and final warning and termination of the job are all done by the employers in the path of the employee’s carrier development.
