Drug interaction:

The effects of Drugs can be modified dramatically when Intake of other drugs taken in the body which is known as drug interaction. The medicinal interaction can be pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamics. Parmacodynamics interactions happen when additive, synergistic or antagonistic medicines are taken. Pharmacokinetic interactions are modification that happens in captivation, spreading, metabolism and elimination due to one or multiple medicines.

Conclusion:

The anticonvulsant medicine phenytoin is an enzyme inducer it reduce effects of anticoagulant medicine warfarin. So the dosage of warfarin has to be increased withstand the effects of phenytoin.

Promethazine is used to produce tranquility side effects when given with meperidine to post surgery, patients it increases the tranquility effect of meperidine.

The diazepam a tranquility hypnotic medicine produces adverse effects when combined with alcohol or grape juice.
