Walking can be continued with limits, changing sites in upper part of the body is good( avoid areas below elbows and knees and the skin folds),getting up slowly will prevent sudden fall in BP.

Nitroglycerin is a vasodilator. Ashen grey colour indicates oxygen insufficiency. So it is the first drug of choice to increase blood flow to tissues.

32. Ans: c. I will get blood test next week.

This is to check the anti coagulant levels in blood.

Aspirin is also having some anticoagulant properties so it is to be avoided while taking coumadin.

Spinach salad can be taken when on coumadin.

Avoid pulling teeth while on coumadin. Consult with physicians cardiology, vascular and dentist if it is unavoidable

33. Ans: b. Be sure to drink orange juice and eat Bananas or melons everyday.
