= (Cost - salvage value) / Years

= ($950,000 - $102,000) / 5 years

= $169,600

2019 year depreciation expense = $169,600

Book value at the end of 2019 = Cost - 2019 depreciation expense

= $950,000 - $169,600

= $780,400
