Cell potential Ecell= E0(cathode) - E0(anode) = and is for an electrochemical cell, not for electromagnetic cell.

Also Cell potential doesnot depend on size of the battery alone, it depends on the concentration of reactants. Size alone is immaterial.

When cell discharges concentration change occurs such that Ecell decreases.

Ecell = emf, called elctromotif force.

So only statement c) is correct.

For second question only C) is correct.
