Health doesn't simply refers to be free of illness.For a complete health a person should first take of self (right diet, exercise, avoiding substance abuse,etc.,) Mentally stable able to think actively, cognitively ,differentiate between right and wrong,anger free ,expressing the emotions where needed as appropriate ,etc.,The same person should involve in the community participation and helping theenvironment to stay healthy and disease free ,exhibiting a friendly relationship with the people in the society.Hence all these three things has to be combined for achieving a complete state of health.
